He was called out by rapper Gucci Mane in June 2020 for allegedly posting him on his Instagram account multiple times, claiming that they only met once. There was no response from Big30’s side and the beef was eventually resolved as Big30 appeared as a featured artist on Gucci Mane’s 2021 single Shit Crazy.

In 2020, Big30 released the track Allegations (ft. Pooh Shiesty) and it was certified ‘Gold’ by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

He was arrested in Birmingham, Alabama in October 2020 along with the driver (identified as Leaton Foster of Decatur, Georgia) while they were traveling from Memphis, Tennessee to Atlanta, Georgia with more than $17,000 in cash, a loaded handgun, promethazine, codeine, and packaged cannabis. The rapper was charged with first-degree possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and being a felon in possession of a firearm, along with other federal charges.

Along with Moneybagg Yo, Big30 released the song Go on April 14, 2021, as a promotional single for Moneybagg’s 4th studio album A Gangsta’s Pain. The song peaked at #18 on the US Hot Rap Songs (Billboard) chart, at #24 on the US Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs (Billboard) chart, at #52 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart, and at #91 on the Global 200 (Billboard) chart. Also, it was certified ‘Gold’ by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

He released his first mixtape titled King of Killbranch on September 2, 2021, via N-Less, Bread Gang, and Interscope Records. The mixtape includes appearances from artists such as Future, Lil Durk, Pooh Shiesty, and Moneybagg Yo. Also, it peaked at #13 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
