Abdulfattah John Jandali – Bio
Abdulfattah John Jandali first entered this world on March 15, 1931 and was born in Homs, Syria. Born into a wealthy family, Abdulfattah Jandali spent his youth in Syria. Her father is a self-employed millionaire while her mother worked as a housewife.
Soon after completing his high school education, Jandali then attended the American University of Beirut. While in college, Jandali was a well-known activist of Arab nationalism. By his conduct, he found himself in prison where he spent three days. He then returned to school and eventually graduated in the 1950s.
After graduation, Abdulfattah John Jandalia moved to New York where he lived with his relative, Najm Eddin al Rifai – then Syrian Ambassador to the United States. Jandali acquired his masters from Columbia University. In addition, he also obtained his Ph.D. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin.
Although the hope of every graduate is to get a comfortable job and earn money. However, it was a different case for Abdulfattah John Jandali, who went bankrupt; he therefore returned to his country of origin, Syria, in search of employment. In Syria, he sought employment in different fields, including the diplomatic corps. He briefly worked as a director of an oil company in Homs, and in 1962 he returned to the United States. Upon arrival, he secured assistant professorships at Michigan University and Nevada University.
A few years later, he decided to pursue a career as a restorer. With this in mind, Jandali procured the Boomtown casino located in Nevada. There, he served as vice president of the establishment to this day.

As we said above, Abdulfattah JohnJandali came from a wealthy Syrian family. While his father was a well-known millionaire, not much is known about him. On the other hand, his mother is said to be a housewife and a traditional housewife. It is unknown, however, if Jandali is the only child of his parents, as he has never clarified about it.

The couple met while attending the University of Wisconsin. Soon after, they started dating and in 1955 they welcomed their first child, a son named Steve. Although Jandali and Carole planned to get married, Carole’s father wouldn’t let her marry a Syrian immigrant.
As a result of the above, Carole gave Steve up for adoption to help him have a better life. Steve was later adopted by Clara and Paul Jobs, whose surname he adopted – Jobs. After a few months, Carole’s father passed away and she had the opportunity to marry his love of life. After their marriage, the couple also welcomed another child, this time a daughter they named Mona.
As their relationship skyrocketed, the couple moved back to Syria and after a while their relationship turned sour. They decided to quit after six years of marriage and their divorce was finalized in 1962. Following their divorce, Carole moved back to the United States where she was later attached to a man named George Simpson.
On the other hand, Abdulfattah John Jandali also married a woman named Roscille Colburn in 2006. As for their daughter, Mona, she later changed her surname to Simpson.
